PayMyBills.com 2 - They manage your bill paying for $9/month. Bills are sent directly to them and you're notified by email when new bills arive. You review a bill and authorize them to pay it and they transfer the money from your bank to the biller.
eCollegebid.org 2 - eCollegeBid.org offers a free service where students bid on college
tuition fees at participating institutions with leftover seats at the
end of the admissions cycle. Bidders indicate how much they're
willing to pay, what they want to study, what part of the country they
want to go to, etc. If a college chooses to accept a bid, its identity
is revealed to the bidder, who may at that time decide not to attend
that institution.
QuestionExchange 2 - QuestionExchange serves as a matchmaker between people who need answers to technical
questions and those who can answer them. A user posts a question on the Web
site, along with information on how much he or she is willing to pay for
the answer. Alternately, the user can leave the price open and ask
respondents to bid on the job. A typical question runs in the $20 to $50
range. "One way to look at it is as a massively parallel machine answering
technical-support questions," says QX founder/CEO Hector

component marketplace", has launched
"Components by Design", an auction-based
service for outsourcing software component
development. The service is aimed at helping
organisations to find qualified programmers
to develop JavaBeans, Enterprise JavaBeans
(EJBs), COM, and CORBA components.
Purchasers post requests, against which
registered software developers bid for the
software development work.
